Capacity for bowls up to 20″ in diameter is achieved on a Powermatic 3520b wood lathe. Nested sets from the same block are made with the Oneway bowl coring system. Burls from Maple, Box Elder, Ash, Cherry and Oak are used for decorative pieces. Salad bowls are usually made from Ambrosia Maple, Cherry or Walnut.
